Queen Mary Higher Secondary School students visit NIELIT Chuchuyimlang

DIMAPUR — A group of 42 Class 12 students opting for ITeS (vocational) along with three teachers from Queen Mary Higher Secondary School, Mokokchung, visited the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) at Chuchuyimlang on January 13.

According to a press release from the school, the visit was intended to provide students with an immersive learning experience in electronics and information technology and they had the opportunity to see firsthand the latest advancements and innovations.

During the visit, the principal of NIELIT highlighted the institute’s activities and the various courses available to students, and the students participated in interactive workshops. These workshops, the note said, covered topics ranging from basic electronics to the latest trends in information technology.

A notable aspect of the trip was the hands-on experience in NIELIT’s state-of-the-art laboratories, where students had the opportunity to experiment with advanced equipment under the guidance of experienced instructors.
