Phek Village Baptist Church (PVBC) has announced to celebrate 36th Mothers’ Day celebration cum 2nd sisters and in-laws get together in the church premises on May 7 and 8 on the theme “A gracious mother.”
According the official sources from the women department, Zashetalu Chiero, former treasurer of Chakhesang Women Welfare Society (CWWS); Bino Kenye, president of Western Chakhesang Mothers’ Association, Dimapur; and Niekhosalu Venuh, former women pastor of Chakhesang Baptist Church, Dimapur; would be the panel of speakers of the two-day long celebration on the topics ‘A gracious mother: discreet women,’ ‘A gracious mother: Christian home-maker’ and ‘A gracious mother: Loyalty to family’ respectively.
Sisters Desino Nienu and Nuchicho Venuh; pastor of PVBC Kuvepolu Nienu; and sister-in-law Suohienuo Keyho, would bring greetings, while Nieyinulu Lohe, Vesotalu Huire and Vesupalu Nakro would exhort the congregation.
Choral praises, celebratory and committal worship services, Mothers’ Day feast, reports etc would be the highlights of the two-day celebration.
PVBC women department has cordially invited all Phekmi sisters, sister-in-laws and well wishers to be part of the programme and share the joy of the Happy Mothers’ Day 2016.
