The pursuit of excellence is never accidental. Effort, sincerity, and intelligent execution are always prerequisites for success.  Many alternatives were considered and it was the wisest decision.  Your destiny is determined by your choices, not by chance. All ages can benefit from these insightful observations about life. Its excellence is ascribed to Aristotle, the Greek philosopher.

“Excellence is never an accident. It’s always the result of high intention, sincere efforts, and intelligent execution.  It represents the wise choice of many alternatives.  Choice, not chance, determines your destiny.”

Throughout our daily lives, we frequently use the term management. Managing time, resources, events, and teaching classes, as well as managing a library, are all examples of management. Education is the foundation of all these management practices. School education is the mother of all management courses. There, each mentor must act as a multifaceted individual. Life lessons, value education, scientific temperament, general awareness, a good world view, historical sensibility, current affairs, language skills, calligraphy, sense of humor, aesthetic sense, everything depends on you. A passion and love for the mentor will translate into a passion and love for the subject. A child who has faith in the teacher will feel more confident about life and learning.

We are the ones who create our own destiny by synchronising high intentions, sincere efforts, and intelligent execution. Mentors play a crucial role in the destiny of millions around them. We are proud of our teachers, who gave us the ability to create the future we want.

In addition to destiny, I would like to correlate it with the will and plan of Almighty. By listening to the Almighty’s will, we have gained exalted status in all of our posts, regardless of where we are.

Here Aristotle is giving emphasises on few parameters for excellence:

1. High intention:

One can overcome hurdles if his intentions are clear. The aim determines the path. It is our greatest priority as mentors to help our students set a clear intention about their lives. For this reason, clarity of thought needs to be correlated with integrity. Getting acclaim with a hook or a cook is not a wise choice. The mantra one needs to practice is hard work. Every mentor should serve as an example to his or her students. Studying, preparing notes, completing field experiences, and going about daily life, you as a mentor should make sure you aren’t looking for shortcuts, but hard work is what makes you successful.

2. Sincere efforts:

A sincere effort is never the same as an effort that is merely effortful. Sincerity can only be achieved through personal experience. This must be clearly displayed to our students by us as mentors

3. Intelligent execution:

The act of intelligently executing something is like writing an answer to a question. it is timely, accurate, punctual, systematic at the right time. It’s like a dead effort when all the work was done, but the execution could not be completed at the right time. Mentors, keep the three above-mentioned points which were listed

by Aristotle in mind to make sure that not only your destiny but the destiny of millions around you is aligned with the will and plan of Almighty.

Have a blessed day.
