Dimapur, Dec. 21: Naga People’s Front (NPF) 51 A/C Noksen was held at area president residence on December 13 at Tuensang town, with Tuensang division and office bearers, CECs and representatives to Central office Kohima.
Speaking on the occasion, Hanso Chang, vice president Tuensang division encouraged the party leaders to be committed and continue to work for the welfare of the area. He also impressed upon the party workers to stand firm against all odds which will be a great blessing in future for both area and Tuensang district as a whole.
President Women Wing, Yimsela Chang, urged the women folks to actively participate in the party affairs and play an important role. She also asked the gathering to be steadfast in area developmental sector.
Ngaku Chang, CEC member highlighted briefed on how the party has been surviving after the crisis erupted last year within the party, while H. Chang, secretary of Central Office Kohima also urged all to jointly work together while exuded confidence that there are better days ahead.
Speeches were also delivered by Pheym Chang, area president; S. Chollen, secretary Tuensang Division; Besoyemjong, vice president division and area representative; Khumla Chang, president Area Women Wing; Yimse Chang, president Area Youth Wing.
Programmee was chaired by Kelep Chang, general secretary of 51 A/C Noksen, invocation by M. Aten, vice president Tuensang Division while vote of thanks by P. Naset, area vice president.
