Dimapur, Sep. 18 (EMN): The monthly Kohima District and Planning Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held on Sep. 15 at DPDB Conference Hall Kohima.
Chairing the DPDB meeting, Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Rajesh Sounderarajan welcomed the members and reviewed the last DPDB meeting which was held on 15th August, 2017.
Regarding registration of societies for approval by the DPDB, DC informed that for registration of department’s land proper details of the office quarter location, present occupants of the office quarter and the total land area should be furnished. He also urged the heads of departments to bring out scale map of the landmark when submitting in order to find out the location easily for the verification team’s convenience and further informed the members to submit the format on or before October 5.
Various Village Adoption Committee members also presented their report and informed that they had intimated their basic requirements like water facilities light. Powerpoint presentation of departmental activities was given by DIC, GM and Chiechama Village Vision Cell.
