KDVA conducts selection trial for women volleyball team

KOHIMA — The Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA) conducted the selection trial for Kohima district women’s volleyball team at D Khel ground, Seikhazou, on Monday.

An update informed that 22 aspiring volleyball players took part in the selection trial.

The selected players include Visayonu Kintso, Visakunu Kintso, Neirietounuo Miasalhou, Yavilhounuo Siria, Kezhatsono Meyatsu, Neikesonuo Rose Belho, Nounenuo Chietsü, Khriezobeinuo Khro, Kevineinuo Khro, Medokhole Puro, Nohovinu Zecho and Kezevile Yongo.

The selected players will represent Kohima district in the upcoming Nagaland Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024.

The KDVA will be conducting practice session from January 28 at Kiruphema Basa volleyball ground. For further details, one may contact 9856569364 / 9615690368, the update stated.
