DIMAPUR — The department of Health and Family Welfare has announced plans to auction off eight off-road vehicles that were provided in-kind by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare under the Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP) on a scrap basis.
According to a DIPR report, the vehicles, which include Kargo Pick-up Insulated DLVs manufactured by Force Motor Ltd., will be disposed of on an “as is, where is” basis.
It informed that two vehicles are stationed at the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, while the remaining six are spread across the chief medical offices in Kiphire, Mon, Peren, Tuensang, Wokha, and Zunheboto.
Interested individuals can inspect the vehicles within one week from the date of the notice and submit their bids on or before April 1, 2024, by 2 pm. Successful bidders will be required to make full payments before removing the vehicles from their respective locations.
The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bids received. Those seeking further information can contact Room No. 103 (UIP) at the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare.
