EaStory Project releases debut Hindi album

‘Main Ayaa Hoon,’ the first Hindi debut album of ‘The EaStory Project’ from Nagaland was released today at Hotel Lake Shilloi by the Parliamentary Secretary of CAWD, YM Yallow Konyak as the special guest.
The idea of trying something different and new came in the mind of talented Bangshing Konyak who is a teacher by profession. Bangshing Konyak, who first began his venture in music industry with the release of ‘Monglu Ungvung,’ started the EaStory Project. The EaStory Project is an endeavor started by Bangshing Konyak few years back with a sole aim of providing a genuine platform to the young talented artistes of the region.
Bangshing, who started experimenting on writing Hindi songs, caught hold of few young artistes of the region while teaching them on the Hindi diction.
After months of rehearsing with young boys and girls, Bangshing Konyak finally chose to make a debut album of Hindi edition with three young students namely Hammnyei, Kunwang and Angip.

The album comprises of 8 originals which are all written and composed by Bangshing Konyak.
Expressing music as a follower of life, YM Yallow Konyak said ‘music’ has always been a part of human life from ancestral days adding ‘music’ is always linked with men in all walks of life. He said ‘music’ is a powerful weapon that has the ability to convince people in all ways.
Citing music as a gap filler, the chief guest said music even bridges the communication problems faced in any society.
Congratulating the ‘The EaStory Project’, the Parliamentary Secretary also encouraged the team to continue the venture and move forward with bigger and better visions.
The music of the album is being recorded and recorded at Tribes studio, Dimapur, while mixing is being done by Anupam D Moran (Tutu).
