A youth event called the “Youth Pasch” was held during March 24-28, at the Don Bosco in Dimapur. A note from the organizers said on Monday that over 140 students from three states of Nagaland, Assam, Manipur and Meghalaya attended the event.
“Youth from 21 tribes of these four states gathered at Don Bosco Dimapur to relive the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Shri Mhathung Kithan (retired IAS officer) was the chief guest for the Inaugural Function on 24; he drove home the underlying factor of all success in life i.e., closeness to God,” the educational institute stated.
The note added: “Different resource personnel dwelt on topics like God’s Mercy, Repentance, Re-enactment of Jesus last days etc. Just like the apostles who became witnesses to the Resurrection of the Lord, the delegates went back determined to be witnesses of Christ’s resurrection through their lives.”
