Chümoukedima District Football Association to streamline football calendar

Dimapur, May 10 (EMN): Chümoukedima District Football Association (CDFA) held its executive meeting on Tuesday. During the meeting, the house resolved to take up various grassroots activities for the development of football in Chümoukedima district, an update stated.

It stated that in order to streamline a proper football calendar, CDFA has made it mandatory for all the football tournaments under Chümoukedima district to get approval from its office. It said that registration of players will start from May to July 2022 and the player may contact Thangboi Thomsong at 8119959662.

Further, club registration is also open for the 2022 season from May onwards. After the registration of club and players, CDFA will make modalities for district league, it stated. The Association also resolved to develop women’s football in the district.
