What one tax is the ACAUT talking about? The question of one tax can only arise if there is no ceasefire between the NPGs and the Government of India. As long as there is ceasefire, it is for the NPGs to haggle with Delhi for their provisions. Goodwill donations from the heart is a completely different affair but forcing taxation is nothing but daylight snatching and stealing. Robbing a bank or two is definitely more smarter than robbing the hard earned currency of the people. Extortion and forced taxation is nothing but robbing and snatching. Maybe the NPGs have become so used to snatching in the name of taxation that they have become immune to this virus and have become tax addicts. I just do not understand what is stopping the NPGs to rail up or fly down to Delhi, talk with Delhi and detox themselves from this strange disease which kills healthy others but not the carrier themselves.
