ABDM awareness programme held in Mokokchung
DIMAPUR — A one-day awareness-cum-registration on Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) for healthcare professionals and health facilities was conducted in the conference hall of the chief medical officer (CMO) in Mokokchung town on Wednesday.
Presenting an overview of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), Dr. Nyanthung Kikon, ABDM state nodal officer, stated that the mission envisioned developing the backbone necessary to support the integrated digital health infrastructure of the country, stated an update from the CMO office.
He informed that mission would enable the people to connect different healthcare providers across the ABDM ecosystem through Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) number.
The participants, which comprised of doctors and nurses of Mokokchung district, were trained on implementation and working of ABHA among the general public, healthcare professional registry (HPR), health facility registry (HFR) and ABDM initiatives.
The training concluded with on-site registration for healthcare professional registry (HPR) and health facility registry (HFR).
The trainers were Dr. S Yingnei Konyak, JD (Admin), and Neipukhriezo Tetso, JD (IT), ABDM PMU team.
