BJP workers told to work in cohesion for better result
WOKHA — Advisor of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences, Kazheto Kinimi, has called upon the party men to work in cohesion with consistency and dedication in order to bear better results.
Kinimi stated this during an introductory programme held in his honour as the BJP legislator in-charge of Wokha district-cum-launching of Wokha district tour at the party’s office in Niropen Colony in Wokha town on Wednesday. The advisor also held interaction with the party workers during the programme.
Interacting with the party workers, Kinimi has sought collective effort of all the concerned in streamlining the interest of the society and pointed out that the responsibility should be left alone to the leaders alone.
“We all are in-charge of the district. We must not shift the responsibility to assigned individuals along for the progress of the district,” Kinimi said.
He also acknowledged the leadership of Deputy Chief Minister, Y Patton, and encouraged the party workers of Wokha district to continue supporting him even in the days to come.
Short speeches were delivered by chief spokesperson of BJP Nagaland, Thomas Magh, and spokesperson in-charge of Wokha district, Bendang Yanger.
Speaking on the occasion, Thomas Magh called upon the party workers to uphold their role and responsibility as a party men and women. He said, “We are here to serve the people and not to extract from them; we are here to serve the people, the party and our goal is to serve the nation.”
Meanwhile, Bendang Yanger has called upon the Lotha community to take the lead in unifying the Naga society. Besides, he urged the party workers to remain humble and work together for the progress of the party.
Earlier, a welcome address was delivered by L Zaremo Kikon, president of BJP Wokha unit, while the programme was chaired by Longshithung Kithan, general secretary of BJP Wokha unit.
