DIMAPUR — NSCN/GPRN (YA) has strongly condemned the action of the Indian security forces, stationed at Nampong outpost in Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh, who flew-in their strike drones across Pangsau border and randomely dropped bombs in the surrounding areas on January 7.
An NSCN (YA)’s statement through its MIP however stated that no civilians were hurt in the attack.
“Such destructive intension to cause harm and disturbance in a highly populated area by the army of a civilised nation ought to be condemned in a strongest term by one and all,” it stated.
It stated that such marauding characters of the Indian army would not do any good to anyone but would rather create unwanted situation in that part of the Naga area. In view of the serious threat posed to innocent lives, it added that the Indian army is turning itself as the foe of the Naga public.
It further stated that Naga army would not remain a mute spectator if innocent civilians are harm in such future attack but would respond appropriately.
