DIMAPUR — Samziuram Liangmai Baptist Church, Peren, hosted a widows blessing programme on November 26, with 200 widows from 12 local churches gathered to partake in a day.
According to a press release, the programme was attended by artists Kuzuthiuliu and Bamile, who also performed on the occasion.
During the event, Rev. Joshua Wijonamai, the national overseer of the Church of God of Prophecy (COGOP) India, encouraged the attendees, and Dr. Alyson Abonmai, known as the “gospel cowboy,” bestowed special blessings on the widows. Each widow was also given a Christmas present.
The programme partners included Palace Ministries, Asina Fashion, and COGOP India.
