Dimapur, Sep. 1 (EMN): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) informed all the schools offering financial literacy course in Class 9 and 10 that the financial literacy examination 2021 would be conducted by the schools through online mode only from September 20 to the 24th.
A DIPR report informed that no examination routine would be given out by the board. It informed that schools have the liberty to fix the date and timing of the examinations for their students on any of the specified dates, adding schools could conduct in batches, if necessary.
It also informed that the question paper would consist of 50 multiple choice questions (MCQ) carrying two marks each.
To obtain link of the examination, schools from Kohima, Mokokchung, Tuensang, Mon, Phek and Longleng districts are asked to contact official on phone no. 9436403929, while schools from Wokha, Zunheboto, Dimapur, Kiphire and Peren districts are asked to contact the official on phone no. 9436821905.
It informed that the link of the examination would be provided to schools two hours ahead on the days of the examination.
It also informed that only those schools which have submitted the registration form and course fee of their students to the board would be eligible for the examination. It added that the board would not be held responsible for any eventuality if the school/ student obtained the link from any unauthorised person.
It further informed that instructions for the conduct of the examination would be shared in the NBSE financial literacy WhatsApp group at a later date. It, therefore, informed those schools which are yet to join the group to share their WhatsApp no. in the district WhatsApp group.
In a separate statement, NBSE has notified all the students who passed their HSLC and HSSLC examinations from NBSE and placed in rank one from 1975 till 2021 to share their success stories and achievements by registering themselves in the board’s portal at nbsenl.edu.in.
The initiative was taken to track and connect with the toppers of the board with an objective to let the achievers share their success stories to encourage and motivate the upcoming students, a DIPR report stated on Wednesday. The board, therefore, requested the toppers to login to the board’s portal and register themselves and share their experiences.
