Mokokchung, June 28 (EMN): Various social organisations, groups, NGOs and individuals have come forward to provide help to Covid-19 related institutions and others in their own capacity affected by the lockdown measures in Mokokchung district.
In such distressing times, the community of Satier sector, under Aliba village in Mokokchung district has also come forward to distribute free meal packages for the essential commodities vehicles and other travelers on NH 702(D) on Monday.
A volunteer when contacted said many essential commodities vehicle drivers and other travelers on the national highways were facing the challenges of the lockdown as many shops and hotels along the highways are closed most of the time.
