Dimapur, June 3 (EMN): In a first of its kind in Nagaland, an automatic touch-free hand sanitiser-dispenser called Blue Mount, was launched by Solar World enterprise at Chishi Marketing Complex, Circular road in Dimapur on Wednesday.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, the administrator of Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC), Albert Ezung, lauded the distributor for not only coming up with an innovative idea but also providing an essential service to the public.
In his brief message, Ezung expressed joy that young people are now thinking outside the box from every way possible. While appreciating the enterprise for donating one dispenser to the DMC office, he also assured the enterprise that they would collaborate and work together in the coming days.
The co-owner of the enterprise, Johney Angami, said the hand sanitiser dispenser is a compact touch-free dispensing unit, which sprays alcohol-based sanitiser when both hands are placed under it.
Angami said that the aerated mist-based formula uses only 5ml of sanitiser ensuring optimum usage. Likewise, he said the contactless technology works on an ultrasonic sensor to ensure zero touch while the high operational precision disinfects both hands at once.
