Thanksgiving cum seminar for the legislators was held today at the State Banquet Hall with Rev. Luoliehu Yimsung as the speaker. Chief Minister TR Zeliang, cabinet ministers, parliamentary secretaries and MLAs along with their wives attended the day long programme, according to a press release by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).
Speaking at the programme in the morning under the theme “ Thus far the Lord has helped us’, Rev. Luoliehu Yimsung extorted the legislators to be farsighted as leaders. He also said that leadership means humanity and is all about keeping in touch with the people at the grass root level, the press note added.
In the afternoon a seminar was conducted for legislators on the subject “ Leaders Arise Motivational Challenge”, where Rev. Luoliehu Yimsung dwelt on several key issues pertaining to leadership and the governance.
