The department of New & Renewable Energy has informed the public that it has not authorized anyone to collect any share on behalf of the department from the public while obtaining solar devices. A ‘public notice’ issued by Er TS Angami, director N&RE, Nagaland stated the department is only nodal agency in the state, designated by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, New Delhi and the State government to provide on specific sanction.
The beneficiary share of any scheme, if any, should be directly remitted with the director of the office along with an application mentioning address, mobile and numbers.
Anyone entertaining such unauthorized collection in contravention to the notice will be doing so at his/her own risk, the director in a public notice stated.
