Dimapur, Sep. 4 (EMN): Citizens of Wokha town ‘repaired’ the town’s poor road during a mass social work that was conducted in the town on September 2. The work was carried out by the district administration and community organisation, the Lotha Hoho.
Commercial vehicles contributed manpower, machinery and materials to ‘maintain the road,’ a DIPR update stated on Monday.
The deputy commissioner of Wokha Wezope Kenye has thanked the participants for ‘generously’ coming forward to make the programme a success, the DIPR report stated.
