Union minister Thakur virtually inaugurates Khelo India projects in Nagaland
DIMAPUR — The virtual inauguration of various Khelo India construction projects in Nagaland by Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports and Information and Broadcasting, Anurag Singh Thakur, was held at the Chief Minister’s residential complex, Kohima, on Monday.
The virtual inauguration was attended by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio; Advisor of Youth Resources and Sports, S Keoshu Yimchunger; Advisor, Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, Zhaleo Rio; Advisor to CM and chairman IDAN, Abu Metha and other advisors and MLAs.
According to a DIPR report, the projects include multipurpose hall at Viswema in Kohima district, multipurpose hall at Medziphema in Chümoukedima district, multipurpose hall at Riphyim in Wokha district, indoor badminton hall at Yachem in Longleng district and synthetic football turf at Mon football ground, Mon district.
