St. Joseph University conducts faculty development programme

DIMAPUR — The department of Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics at St. Joseph University, Chümoukedima, jointly organised a five-day faculty development programme (FDP) on the theme ‘Innovations in sustainable research and modern data-driven approaches’ from October 14 to the 18th.

According to an update during the five days, the resource persons were Dr. A.N. Senthilkumar, associate professor of Chemistry at Alagappa Government Arts College, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu; Dr. R. Meenakshi, associate professor of Physics at Cauvery College for Women, Tamil Nadu; Dr. H. Joy Prabu, assistant professor of Physics at St. Joseph College, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu; Dr. Pranjal Kumar Bora, assistant professor of Computer Science at Dibrugarh University, Assam; and Dr. A Anandan, assistant professor and head of the department of Chemistry at Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.

A total of 545 participants registered for the programme, and 385 faculty members from different institutions participated, it was mentioned.
