Dimapur, March 31 (EMN): The library committee of St. John College, Dimapur, in collaboration with Ilando, organised a book exhibition on March 28 and 29.
Ilandlo is an online platform which sells exclusive indigenous products by breaking the barrier of being confined to a local area and traditional market system. It is a marketplace where sellers, skilled and talented individuals sell and promote their work without any prior monetary investments. The website also has an offline store located in Nagarjan, Dimapur, opposite Reliance trends, an update from the college stated.
The book exhibition displayed varieties of books available at Ilandlo ranging from local to national publishers such as Heritage Publications, Barkweaver, Penthrill Publishing House, Zubaan, Dimapur Publishing House and many more.
The purpose of the book exhibition-cum-sale was to inculcate the culture of reading. The two-day exhibition witnessed a huge turnout of students and parents.
