Speech of his excellency, the president NSCN/GPRN- Reformation on 18th May 2016 the 1st foundation day programme at Mon

My dearest and most respected comrades both civil and army, dignitaries, delegates, Church leaders, Reverends, officers and all invitees, I on behalf of NSCN/GPRN-Reformation salute you all on this auspicious day of 1st NSCN/GPRN-Reformation foundation day. In the name of Almighty God who leads the Nagas in all difficulties, I seized this opportunity to tell to the Nagas that, the NSCN/GPRN-Reformation though new and young in its existence lacks nothing to take up struggle for Naga freedom. 

The erstwhile NSCN-K who have dedicated to serve the Naga Nation under the leadership of SS. Khaplang have been betrayed by him on 26th March 2015 by secretly attacked Indian army and unilaterally abrogated  cease fire with GoI without NSCN party meeting and official information. On that fateful day of 26th March 2015, the sudden attacked on Indian Army and my arrest in Assam when on the way to attend proposed by cease fire meeting of 27th March 2015 at Chumukedima took all the ranks and files to the endless surprise. I being the erstwhile supervisor, ceasefire supervisory board of NSCN-K had to undertake any journey to attend ceasefire meeting  even under high risk situation because SS. Khaplang himself always absence in Nagaland (Indian side). On that day, Indian Army raided  my vehicle in Sonari, Assam with open agenda to kill me to avenge the killing of five Indian Army in Kohima, it was only and only God who came to my rescue and saved me from the jaws of angry Indian Army and who I am today is not who I was before and all these changes came through the mercy of God. Even after my release from Indian Army custody, I never discourage to move for attending ceasefire meeting on 27th March 2015 at Chumukedima as it became necessity to retrieve back already broken ceasefire. On 27th March 2015, I along with Hon’ble Ato Kilonser P. Tikhak had a tough fight with various agencies in defense of SS. Khaplang and somehow already broken ceasefire was retained. But to my surprise, SS.Khaplang announced P.Tikhak and my expulsion on 28th March 2015 in all local papers only for attending proposed ceasefire meeting.
This act of SS.Khaplang was highest order of betrayal never to be forgotten as long as Naga National movement exists. 
Let us all thank the Almighty God who never failed us but restored the kingdom into our hands. We must not fail both God and the Nagas. On this day of 18th May 2015, the living God have given us this Kingdom and today on this auspicious day of 1st NSCN/GPRN-Reformation  foundation day, we all must kneel down before God and thank Him for His mercy.
The political situation in Naga country at this juncture is uncertain  and un- predictable due to obscurity  of NSCN(IM)-GoI political engagement who kept everything in secret and concealed. No one expects good thing out of such deal. The NSCN/GPRN-Reformation will agree if the solution is acceptable to the Nagas but it will not accept any form of imposition  and in such case, it will be compelled to determine the future of the Nagas in accordance with the principle laid down on 14th Aug. 1947 and Naga National Plebiscite of 16th May 1951. As already announced in several occasions, the NSCN/GPRN-Reformation has no problem with any Naga Political Groups  and therefore, its collective leadership already met all NPGs leaders. It will continue to maintain brotherhood relationship with all Naga freedom fighters. However, attacking and arresting of NSCN/GPRN-Reformation workers by both NSCN(IM) and NSCN (U) is undesirable and unacceptable and these two rogue organizations should explain to the Nagas the reason why they continue harassing the fellow Nagas.
