DIMAPUR — The State Bank of India (SBI) regional business office (RBO), Mokokchung, organised a two-day mega car loan mela on September 20 and 21 at the public local ground in Wokha town.
Lokho Peter, regional manager of SBI, RBO, Mokokchung, said during the launching ceremony that people from different districts in the state are finding it inconvenient to travel to metropolitan cities like Kohima and Dimapur, which is time and financially consuming; therefore, to facilitate the customers, SBI initiated the mela at their doorsteps.
Kekhrie Chase, field officer, SBI, Wokha, who highlighted the features of the car loan, stated that the targeted groups for the mela were government employees, entrepreneurs, and farmers.
Brands like NEXA, Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Renault, among others, exhibited their products with 100% road finance on select models on the occasion.
