Rosemary withdraws name from petition; PUCL replaces her

Dimapur, April 12 (EMN): The Supreme Court has allowed the name of Rosemary Dzuvichu to be withdrawn from the list of petitioners in connection with the special leave petition filed by the activist.
“Application for impleadment as petitioner in place of the present petitioner, Rosemary Dzuvichu and Anr (another), filed through National Secretary applicant – People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) is allowed subject to the objections and reservation and reply by the respondents (Nagaland government)”, the apex court ruled recently.
