Rejoinder to Rev. L. Suohie Mhasi – Land dispute over Kezoltsa and Dzükou

The Jakhama Youth Organisation is constrained to issue this statement in reply to Rev. L. Suohie Mhasi which was published on 28th and 30th May 2015 in the local dailies under the caption – Land dispute over Kezoltsa and Dzükou.
The Jakhama Youth Organisation is strange to learn that the writer is so concern on the issue of Kezoltsa and Dzükou and repeatedly termed the issue as a ‘dispute’, therefore, the writer should spell out what is the actual ground of dispute.
As per the Naga custom or procedural judiciary, is it be proper to express one’s conclusion to the public and to the parties before the matter is even initiated for discussion. The writer is indirectly favouring Mao Council who has been making false and baseless claim over Southern Angami ancestral property.
By publishing his article in the local dailies, he has encouraged the Mao Council to fabricate more stories, thereby, instead of solution the issue may prolong. The writer should know himself and his responsibility, whether his service to this issue is required presently or not.
The Jakhama Youth Organisation is fully in support of the dicision taken by SAPO and SAYO.
