DIMAPUR — The Tenyimi Students’ Union Dimapur (TSUD) organised an open penalty shootout on June 17 at the Dimapur Govt. College ground.
It was attended by Khrusa Keyho, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, as the special guest and was organised in aid of the upcoming silver jubilee celebration of the union scheduled this year.
According to an update, there was participation from 31 teams.
The event saw the Power Kickers emerge as the champions, with the United Brothers as the runners-up. Power Kickers were awarded a cash prize of INR 30,000 along with a certificate, while United Brothers received a cash prize of INR 15,000 and a certificate.
In the individual categories, the best goalkeeper, Toika Chopi, received a cash prize of INR 2,000.
