Pokimane to announce her ‘return-to-stream’ date soon
Almost a month after taking a break from streaming, Twitch streamer Pokimane on Tuesday told her fans that she will be announcing her date of return soon.
The Moroccan-Canadian content creator took to Twitter to announce the news. The streamer posted a tweet from her secondary Twitter account @imane in which she wrote, “Thanks for all the love yesterday. My new stream room isn’t finished yet, so i’ll announce a return-to-stream date soon!”

Imane “Pokimane” Anyss is one of the biggest streamers on Twitch with more than 9.2 million followers. On July 20, the streamer shocked the streaming community when she announced a sudden ‘indefinite’ break from the platform. She cited mental health reasons and told her fans that she needed time to focus on herself.
Since then, she has been relatively quite on social media apart from some replies on the tweets of her streaming colleagues. She finally posted a selfie on her main Twitter account on August 22 which gained a lot of likes and comments from her fans.

The streamer was moved by the reception of her post and promised her fans that she would be returning to the platform soon. The streamer added that she would be upgrading her streaming setup, however, she didn’t give any more details of the upcoming changes.
Fans may have to wait for a while to see what the streamer has in store for them but hopefully it is just for a few more days. Looking at the past history and the recent Twitter announcement, it looks like Pokimane might be back on Twitch sooner rather than later.
