DIMAPUR — The additional deputy commissioner (ADC) of Peren, Keyirangding Hegui, in a circular, has informed that the office of the chief medical officer (CMO), Peren, would organise an integrated health camp in ten locations under Peren block starting from July 4 on the theme “Mobilising community towards healthy living.”
According to a DIPR report, the integrated health camp in New and Old Mpai and Poilwa villages would be held at the respective community hall on July 4 at 10 am, New Peren on July 5 at 1 pm and Kejanglwa and New/ Old Puilwa on July 5 at 10 and at Peren town and Kipeuzang on July 6 at 10 am.
The medical camp at Peren town at drill hall of superintendent of police and at Peletkie community hall would be conducted on July 7 at 10 am.
It informed that an extended outreach activity would be conducted by TFA Heningkunglwa.
The circular mentioned that services such as counseling and risk management, tuberculosis screening and linkages to treatment, Hepatitis B and C, HIV, Syphilis, malaria parasite screening and linkages to treatment, diabetics, hypertension and anaemia screening, and other general health checkups would be provided during the health camp.
The public are informed to avail the services which are provided free of cost.
