Oting killing incident after a year: What villagers have to say now

The world may have moved on after the Oting incident that happened almost a year ago, killing 14 civilians- 13 in a botched ambush by the 21 Para Special Forces and one in the aftermath in Mon district- but not for the family of the victims.

When Eastern Mirror visited Oting village and Yatong/Langkhao (incident site) on November 26 and 27th, locals were seething in anger over delayed justice to the victims.
