DIMAPUR — The Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA) has informed Manipuri students studying outside Manipur who are dependent on displaced parents or guardians, whose properties have been destroyed, or who are in relief camps, about assistance available in various states.
The NSLSA stated in a public notice that this assistance is in accordance with the directions of the three-member committee chaired by Justice Gita Mittal (Retd.) and constituted by the Supreme Court of India in an order dated August 7, 2023.
It released a list of contact persons for various states, informing the students that if they encountered any difficulties with security, education, residence, or any other issues, they should contact them for assistance.
