NSCN (IM) Th Muivah discharged from hospital

Dimapur, Aug. 2(EMN): The General Secretary of NSCN (IM), Thuingaleng Muivah, was discharged from Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research (CIHSR) in Dimapur on Monday, more than a week after he was admitted to the hospital.

A doctor at CIHSR told Eastern Mirror that Muivah was discharged from the hospital. “He was stable and so he was discharged today (on Aug. 2),” he confirmed.

The 87-year-old NSCN leader was admitted to CIHSR on July 24 after the doctors advised more observation when he was brought in to the hospital for a health check-up.
