NSCN (R) notifies depts, business establishments
The Ministry of Chaplee Affairs of NSCN/ GPRN (R) has notified all departments and business establishment under Kohima district not to entertain any kind of donations or revenues, without proper verification from official assignee. All the concerned have been directed to contact Deputy Kilonser, Khampai who was officially assigned to supervise the Chaplee affairs of Kohima district. NSCN/ GPRN (R) further warned all persons collecting donations and taxes in the name of NSCN (R) to refrain from such activities. Failing which severe action will be taken as per Azha even up to capital punishment without any remorse.
MITE Patent-Teacher Association formed
The Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE), Kohima on April 22 held a parent-teacher meet and formed a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), to create a common platform, where teacher and parents can come together to enrich student-teachers educational experiences and discuss issues related to the development of student-teachers and the institution. The association will be headed by V. K. Jha as president, Orenthung Tungoe as vice president, Lhovili Kiba as secretary, Maroune Pao as joint secretary and Neingulaü as convenor.
