Dimapur, June 16 (EMN): Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) today informed that venue of the public memorial service programme in honour of late SS Khaplang, chairman of NSCN-K, scheduled on June 17 at Dimapur Town Hall has been shifted to IMC hall. NCD general secretary, Thsapongkyu Sangtam, said the time would remain the same at 1 p.m. He has requested all concerned Naga leaders to attend the service.
