Nagaland: Soul House Academy launches its website

Mokokchung, Oct. 28 (EMN): The website of Soul House Academy in Mokokchung was formally launched by Sentinenla, district education officer of Mokokchung, during a brief formal programme on Friday.

Speaking at the launch event, Sentinenla lauded the principal and faculty of the Academy for taking immense care and moulding young students for a bright future. She remarked that Soul House Academy was one of the best schools for young minds as it offered good foundation for students.

Highlighting the key points of NEP 2020, the DEO urged to give importance to foundational numeracy and literacy stating that numerous school students in Nagaland especially government schools lacked basic knowledge regarding reading, writing and arithmetic. She added that life skills should be encouraged to enable the students find their talents.

The school’s principal, Arenla Lemtur, and Martin Chishi, parent and member of the school managing committee, also delivered short speeches and the dedicatory prayer was offered by Rev. Chuba, associate pastor of MTBA.
