Nagaland: Skill development programme held at MGM College

Kudatech Skill Centre, Dimapur, organised the entrepreneurship-cum-skill development programme at MGM College.

An update from the college informed that an orientation programme was conducted on March 2 at the college auditorium with Thomas as the resource persons. During the programme, Thomas gave a satisfying introduction to skill development and its importance in this fast-pace world.

He also emphasised on how many people are seeking and progressing because of skill development rather than academic qualification in this modern days. He further focused on the importance of skill development in the production of goods. He mentioned that there are more than four lakh people engaging in skill development programme.

He concluded by telling the students that skill development is a free opportunity for everyone to avail.

Report stated that the skill training for the students of MGM College was conducted for 2 to 6 weeks and added that every student had actively participated in the training. Dimapur, March 3 (EMN)
