Dimapur, Sep. 5 (EMN): The number of active COVID-19 cases in Nagaland increased to 20 with one new COVID-19 case reported on Monday.
According to the update from the department of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID cases in the state stands at 35,929 while the state’s cumulative recoveries is at 33,618.
Meanwhile, the death toll from the pandemic stands at 774.
In terms of district-wise distribution of active cases, Dimapur has nine cases, three each in Kohima and Mokokchung, two in Mon and one each in Wokha, Longleng and Tuensang, while the remaining districts are currently COVID-free.
