Nagaland: NPCC launches digital membership drive
Dimapur, Feb. 18 (EMN): President of Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC), K Therie, formally launched the Indian National Congress (INC) digital membership drive at Congress Bhavan in Kohima on Friday.
At a brief programme, the technical aspects of Congress party membership App and the process for enrollment was explained and demonstrated by NPCC general secretary in-charge of organization, Capt. GK Zhimomi. It was followed with an interactive session with the participation of all PCC office bearers, PCC frontal organsiations and various department heads. An update from Nagaland Congress informed that enrolment of membership would continue till March 31 next.
Report also stated that NPCC has appointed 60 chief enrollers in all 60 assembly constituencies, who would be responsible for appointing enrollers in every polling booth. It informed that members willing to enroll with INC should possess Epic/ voter ID card and an active mobile number.
