Kohima-Mao road traffic restriction lifted for LMVs
DIMAPUR — DC Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant, has issued an order stating that, in partial modification to the office order of even number dated May 29, the vehicular traffic restriction for light motor vehicles (LMVs) over the minor bridge at Chainage KM 200-950 on Kohima-Mao road (NH-02) from 7 pm to 7 am has been lifted with immediate effect. However, the vehicular traffic restriction for heavy motor vehicles (HMVs) will continue as notified earlier.
Vaccination for pigs in Phek to conclude in June
DIMAPUR — The chief veterinary officer, in charge of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services in Phek, has informed all VCCs and the chairmen of the town, council, ward, and colony that the ongoing classical swine fever vaccination for pigs in the district, which is being carried out by the department, is expected to be completed by June 30. Therefore, all have been requested to cooperate with field staff (doctors and VFAs) as and when they come for vaccination in their jurisdictions.

According to a press release, the home comers include Pukhavi Yeptho, Tatar, NSCN (IM); Y Abraham, Leacy, NSCN (IM); H Sanii, Razou Peyu, NSCN (IM); Toviho Zhimomi, Razou Peyu,NSCN (IM); Yangtsase Sangtam, Kilonser, NSCN (Khango); Kitoholi Katti, Tatar, NSCN (Khango); Y Lipla sangtam, Tatar, NSCN (Khango); Tsachomong Sangtam, Razou Peyu, NSCN (Khango); Pili Sangtam, Khapur, NSCN (Khango); Lieut. Col. Atsase Sangtam, NSCN (Khango); Lieut. Yokyuse Sangtam, NSCN (Khango); and Major Hukavi Sumi, NSCN (Ang-Mai).
