Nagaland: Kaito and others condole Tokishe Kiba’s demise

Dimapur, Dec. 6 (EMN): Minister of Agriculture and Cooperation, G Kaito Aye, has condoled the demise of Tokishe Kiba, director of IPR, who passed away in Dimapur on December 5.

In a condolence message, Kaito has described Tokishe as a sincere and humble gentleman, a dedicated and honest officer who has contributed immensely towards the growth of the department. Kaito lamented that in his demise, the government has lost a diligent officer adding the void created would be hard to fill.

Kaito has further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed for peace of the departed soul.

Tovihoto: Advisor of Power department, H Tovihoto Ayemi, too has condoled the demise of Tokishe and described him as an efficient bureaucrat who played pivotal role in uplifting the department of IPR.

Ayemi lamented that in his demise the Nagas have lost a dynamic bureaucrat who had so much more to contribute towards the society and added that the vacuum created by his demise would be difficult to fill. He has conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members.

Ayemi has also condoled the demise of Michael Yaden on December 4. Ayemi has described him as an efficient officer, he was instrumental in bringing a number of reforms in the Civil Defence and Home Guards. Ayemi lamented that in his death, the Naga society has lost a wonderful person who was always willing to share his knowledge and experiences in the benefit of the society. He has further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members.

Chief Secretary: Nagaland Chief Secretary, J Alam, while condoling the demise of Tokishe Sema, has described him as a man of integrity, honest and God-fearing who always stood tall for the welfare of the people.

“In my interaction with him, I always found him to be a sincere and straightforward person devoted to his line of duty. His demise is a great loss for the state,” Alam stated.

He has further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members.

Sumi Hoho: Sümi Hoho, while condoling the demise of Tokishe, has described him as a sincere, dedicated officer and a God-fearing man. It lamented that his demise was a big loss for the Sumi people in particular and the Nagas in general.

Sumi Hoho further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.

KSOK: In another statement, Kohima Sumi Officers’ Kuqhakulu (KSOK), while condoling the demise of its former advisor Tokishe, has described him as a person with sparkling qualities and character. It stated that his humility, efficiency, faith in God and a rare blend of traditional values and modern outlook had won the hearts of his friends and associates.

KSOK has further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members.
