Nagaland Covid-19 updates: 13 samples tested, no positive case

Dimapur, March 26 (EMN): Nagaland has no positive case of the coronavirus as on March 26. The establishment of the principal director of Nagaland Health and Family Welfare issued a bulletin stating the number of people screened at the Dimapur airport and railway station besides the number of samples sent for testing, for March 26.

The department’s Covid-19 updates stated that 5,433 people were screened at the airport, and 19,797 at the railways station and “road.” The number of samples that were sent for testing was 13. No person tested positive for the virus, while the number of ‘persons tested negative’ was eight.

The number of samples that were sent on March 26 was five. Test results for five are being awaited. The number of people under surveillance is 2,192. There are 171 isolation beds, and the number of people on quarantine is 2,192.

Further, there are six foreigners in the state. There is ‘border screening’ at 14 entry points, rail and road, the note stated. 20,130 calls were received through the help line, the bulletin stated.
