Nagaland Covid-19 update: 66 new cases recorded; tally stands at 10674

Dimapur, Nov. 21 (EMN):
Sixty-six new Covid-19 cases were detected in Nagaland on Saturday, pushing the state’s tally to 10,674 so far.

With this, the number of active cases also rose to 1370, out of which 1323 are asymptomatic, according to the Health department’s data.

Out of the symptomatic cases, 26 are mild, 11 moderate cases are on oxygen and four severe cases on oxygen. There are six critical cases in ICU: five are without oxygen and one is on ventilator support.

So far, the state has recorded 9137 recoveries and 57 fatalities, out of which six have been ruled as ‘not Covid-related’. Five more deaths are under investigation.

As per the segregation of cases, 4420 are armed forces/police personnel, 3997 traced contacts, 1753 returnees/travellers and 504 frontline workers.
