Nagaland Chief Minister calls on Kiren Rijiju, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia
DIMAPUR — Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio called on Kiren Rijiju, Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs, in New Delhi on Saturday, to congratulate and wish him a successful tenure.
Rijij also shared about the meeting on X: “Always a pleasure to meet Hon’ble CM of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio Ji. He has brought in an era of peace and stability in Nagaland and initiated substantive development for the people with his untiring efforts and vast experiences.”

Rio had earlier called on Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jyotiraditya M. Scindia on Friday to congratulate and extend his wishes. ‘I look forward to closely working with him for further development of the NE region, and the State in particular,’ he wrote on X.
Scindia also shared that he had a detailed discussion with Rio on the development of North Eastern states, especially Nagaland.
