Nagaland: BJP Mokokchung to undertake enrolment drive

Dimapur, Sep. 2 (EMN): Mokokchung unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has decided to undertake special enrolment drive (Sangathan Parv) in all the assembly constituencies in Mokokchung from September 5.

The enrolment drive is being necessitated following meeting of the BJP state executive members in Dimapur on June 18, which has authorised the district units to continue enrolment of karyakartas, both primary and active membership. An update from BJP Mokokchung media and IT Cell informed that the Sangathan Parv would be executed in a systematic manner in close coordination with the mandal presidents.

It stated that the enrolment drive would be coordinated by Oyimpong Longchar as the convener along with Rongsenyanger Aier and Takojungba Jamir as co-conveners. It informed that a team of select officials from the district, mandals, morchas and cells have been constituted to carry out the Sangathan Prav. The special enrolment drive would start from the BJP office in Mokokchung town.

It further informed all active karyakartas in the different mandals to cooperate and coordinate with the enrolment committee.
