Nagaland bags 16 medals at National Wrestling championship

DIMAPUR, JULY 24: Naga Tradition Wrestling Board (NTWA) under the aegis of Nagaland Wrestling Association has bagged 16 medals (8 gold, 5 silver, 3 bronze) in the 5th National Traditional Wrestling Championship held at Pune, Maharastra from July 22 to 24.
Around 800 participants along with officials from 19 states across the country participated in the event. Thirteen wrestlers from Nagaland participated in the event; the team was led by NWA president Neivikuolie Khatsu with six other officials.
The program ended on Sunday evening. The team will be reaching Nagaland on 28 July.
