Nagaland Armed Police truck meets with accident; 2 killed

Dimapur, Aug. 17 (EMN): Two persons were killed and another two injured when a Nagaland Armed Police (NAP) truck met with an accident at Pherima town towards Dimapur on Wednesday.

A police officer confirmed to this newspaper that the truck driver (police personnel) and a pedestrian died on the spot, while an occupant (police personnel) and another pedestrian were injured. However, he said the cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained, as it is still under investigation.
