DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and his team met with Union Minister Amit Shah at New Delhi on Thursday and discussed key issues concerning the state of Nagaland.
In the meeting with the Union Home Minister, the Naga political issue, Eastern Nagaland political issue, issues relating to Nagaland-Assam border and important development projects in the state were discussed,” read an update issued by the PRO of Nagaland House, New Delhi.
Rio was accompanied by his deputies TR Zeliang and Y Patton, Temjen Imna Along, Minister for Tourism and Higher Education; Metsubo Jamir, Minister for Rural Development; CL John, Minister for Environment, Forests and Climate Change; and Salhoutuonuo Kruse, Minister for Horticulture.
