More flights carrying 128 stranded people arrive in Nagaland

Dimapur, June 15 (EMN): An Air India aircraft carrying 112 people from Kolkata landed at Dimapur airport on Monday, June 15.

An update from DPRO office Dimapur informed that APC, Nagaland and in-charge of covid-19 activities Dimapur Y Kikheto Sema, CMO Dimapur Dr. Tiasunep and other government officials received the returnees at the airport.

According to an airport official, two Alliance Air flights carrying 13 people from Imphal and three from Guwahati also arrived in Dimapur.

Kohima-bound passengers were sent directly from the airport after medical screening while the remaining passengers were taken to Agri Expo by buses for further segregation and transportation to different quarantine centres.
